PEAK HEALING LLC

I am Beth Rennig, and I live in the foothills of the northeastern Catskills. As a NYS licensed guide (#9457) I am focused on helping others connect with more deeply withing themselves and the natural world. My specialties are guided forest bathing walks and easy to moderate hikes. My main focus is helping those interested in learning more about our connection to the wild and being safe on the trails. I work with individuals, groups and families with children to create experiences that meet them where they in their knowledge and comfort while following the Leave No Trace Principals. Being careful, and curious, we can become more knowledgeable of the natural world all around us and grow deeper into who we are as individuals and within our own communities.
